Auxilium Expatbiz

Hannover works closely with Auxilium, based in Berlin, Germany, in providing consulting and financing services to U.S. firms entering the EU market and EU firms entering the U.S. market.

Hannover has a partnership with VR to work on M&A engagements, buy-side and sell-side

Don serves as the Principal Broker for VR, which is a national franchise of independent offices sharing an international data base of buyers, sellers and investors, working with small-medium size businesses.

German Chamber

Don Keysser has been on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota chapter of the German-American Chamber of Commerce for several years, and has been a sponsor for several of their events.  This affiliation assists Hannover in working with U.S. firms entering the EU market and EU firms entering the U.S. market.

Hannover is working with Silicon Prairie, a nationally based crowdfunding portal and investment bank, specializing in equity and debt capital raises for early stage companies.
